Updated today

Learn how to connect Lunio with your Meta account in our step by step guide below.

In this guide:

Before you begin:

To connect Lunio and Meta, you must have implemented Lunio's Multiplatform tracking script across your website. Learn how in this guide.

Important note: Do you have multiple Pixel ID's on your website? If so..

  1. Inform your CSM or [email protected] that this is the case and protection needs to be turned on.

  2. Ensure you have implemented our multiplatform script across all web pages of these website(s).

  3. Check that the Lunio event is activated on both pixels on the meta account(s).

  4. Create the audience on both Pixel ID’s.

If you have multiple websites to protect we recommend setting up separate Platform configurations for each.

πŸ’‘ Keep in mind that there is a 24-hour waiting period for the initial activation of the tag. Additionally, be aware that exclusions will only take effect once your audience reaches a minimum size of 100 users

Integrating Your Pixel ID:

  1. From the Meta Business Suite home page, navigate to the Events Manager.

  2. Then select "All Tools" and then choose "Events Manager" followed by "Data Sources." Locate the desired pixel, by accessing the settings tab, and proceed to copy the Pixel ID.

  3. If using workspaces then copy the pixel ID for use in the steps outlined below, or if not using workspaces then kindly provide this Pixel ID to us for configuration in the backend of the platform.

  4. For the initial activation of your pixel, please allow a 24-hour waiting period. Following this, an event will be triggered, visible to you within your Facebook Business account.
Access this information through Events Manager β†’ Data Sources β†’ Pixels β†’ Overview at the bottom of the page.
