How to See Your SA360 Campaigns in Lunio

Updated this week

Campaigns managed in Search Ads 360 (SA360) do not automatically appear in the Lunio Dashboard because Lunio retrieves data directly through the Google Ads API. To make them visible, you’ll need to ensure your SA360 campaigns are properly synced with Google Ads.

With just a few quick setup steps, you can enable Lunio to track, analyse, and protect them alongside your standard Google Ads campaigns.

Link your SA360 and Google Ads Accounts

To make your SA360 campaigns visible in Google Ads (and therefore in Lunio), your Google Ads account must be linked to your SA360 advertiser.

  1. In SA360, go to Advertisers.

  2. Select your advertiser.

  3. Under Engine Accounts, confirm your Google Ads account is linked (type: Google Ads).

  4. If not, click + New → Engine account, then connect your Google Ads account.

This connection allows SA360 to create and manage campaigns directly within your Google Ads account.

Confirm Campaign Sync Settings

Once your accounts are linked:

  • Campaigns created in SA360 are automatically pushed to Google Ads under the linked engine account.

  • In Google Ads, they appear as regular campaigns, but are labelled as Managed by Search Ads 360.

  • Some settings (like bidding strategies or URL fields) may appear greyed out since SA360 manages them.

⚠️ Avoid editing SA360-managed campaigns directly in Google Ads — make all changes from within SA360.

Troubleshooting Tips

If your SA360 campaigns don’t appear in Google Ads, check the following:

  • You’re using the correct Google Ads account linked to your SA360 advertiser.

  • The campaign isn’t in draft or paused before sync.

  • There are no errors in the Change History or Sync Status columns in SA360.

  • The SA360 user has sufficient permissions in Google Ads (Standard or Admin).

Once your SA360 campaigns are successfully syncing to Google Ads, the next step is to ensure they’re tagged correctly so Lunio can track and protect them.

Enable Auto-tagging in SA360

  1. In SA360, go to Advertiser Settings → Tracking.

  2. Make sure auto-tagging is enabled for each campaign/account.

Without auto-tagging, Lunio cannot detect or block invalid clicks. Learn more about auto-tagging in SA360

Set up the Lunio Tracking Template on SA360

SA360 automatically applies a tracking template at the account level. To integrate Lunio tracking, please follow these steps.

Check Campaign Visibility in Lunio

Once auto-tagging is enabled and tracking templates are merged:

  1. Refresh your Lunio Dashboard.

  2. Your SA360-managed campaigns should now appear alongside your standard Google Ads campaigns.

  3. Lunio will begin analysing clicks, blocking invalid traffic, and reporting performance as normal.
