In this article, we'll take you through how to add a Google Ads account to a particular workspace in Lunio.
Before you begin
You need to have connected your Google Ads account to Lunio before you can add it to a workspace.
Note that only admins and owners have the permissions to access System Overview, which is required for editing workspaces.
1. Navigate to the System Settings section of the dashboard and then click Workspaces in the left sidebar menu. You’ll see all of your workspaces listed:
2. Click the pencil icon on the far right for the workspace you want to add a new account or platform configuration to. This will take you to the workspace settings page.
3. On the workspace settings page, navigate to the Accounts tab and hit Add Accounts to open a slider.
4. In the sidebar, you can see or search for the Google Ads accounts that you’ve connected to Lunio. Click the plus sign at the end of the row of the account you want to add to your workspace. This will add it to your account list.
If you are adding a new Google Ads account via an existing connection, you may need to refresh the sync between Lunio and Google.
If the Google ads account is new and not showing up in the list of accounts, you may need to refresh the sync between Lunio and Google. You can do this by clicking on the circular arrow icon under on the Platforms > Google Token page.
